Mission

KMM Home & Building Inspections is a Family Owned Business, Licensed and Managed by Eduardo J. Gorrochotegui. We apply the requirements mandated by the State of Florida and FABI’s Standards of Practices and Ethics to a visual inspection of the accessible areas, components and systems. Applying these at the time of the inspection allows us to determine their intended function, performance and possible life expectancy.
